How Carmel Foundation Experts collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.

What this site collects

The name, phone number, description and area entered into the form. Calls to the published number run through a call tracking service that logs the calling number, the time and the duration. Calls may be recorded, and a notice says so before the call connects.

Why any of it is kept

To reply, to arrange an assessment, and to keep a record of what was discussed. Personal information is not sold and is not shared for anyone else's marketing. Apart from the contractor described below, it is handled only by the providers that run our forms, call handling, email and hosting, acting on our instructions and for nothing else.

Who your request goes to

When you ask for an inspection or quote, your request goes to one independent local contractor who serves your area so they can contact you. It is never sold to marketing lists.

Retention

While an enquiry is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that what was quoted and agreed can be checked later. Ask us to delete your details at any time on the number published here.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that counts page views, referring sites and page speed. It does not set cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and does not identify you. No advertising trackers run on this site. Fonts are served from this site itself.
